The Overlook Theatre Company
The Overlook Theatre Company was established in 1996 with the goal of providing quality, family entertainment. Over the years, the company has performed many musicals, plays and special events due to its many committed volunteers and the support of the community. We are thrilled and excited to call the Smoky Mountain Center for the Performing Arts our home since 2009, and hope that each production will continue to thrill, excite and open up a world of possibilities and imagination.

Thanks to everyone for auditioning. Please note, if not cast, there will be many more opportunities very soon. For those who were cast, the first rehearsal (May 6) is an entire cast rehearsal. All non-drivers should have a ride at the theatre no later than 8:30pm. If you don’t not attend (unless it was listed on your conflict sheet), it will be assumed you do not wish to continue with the show. If you do not accept your role(s), please email to info@smokymountainarts.com so that replacements may be made prior to the first rehearsal. Scripts, music and a character specific schedule will be given at that time.
